Cloud infrastructure, built as code

We design, deploy and run the infrastructure behind small businesses — defined in code, deployed automatically, and monitored around the clock. You get the reliability of a full platform team without hiring one.

How we work

Infrastructure you can reason about

Most small-business cloud setups grow by accident — a server here, a database there, and nobody certain what would happen if it all went away. We replace that with something deliberate and documented.

Infrastructure as code

Every server, network and permission is defined in version-controlled Terraform. Your environment can be reviewed, audited and rebuilt from scratch — no undocumented clicks in a console.

Automated deployments

Changes ship through a CI/CD pipeline that tests before it applies. Releases stop being events you schedule around and become something routine.

Security by default

Least-privilege access, encrypted storage and traffic, and a WAF in front of what you expose. The secure configuration is the default one, not a later project.

Observability built in

Dashboards, logs and alerts from day one, so problems surface as alerts you act on rather than calls from customers.

Our approach

Three phases, no surprises

1

Assess

We map what you run today, what it costs, and where the real risks are — then tell you plainly what is worth changing and what is not.

2

Build

We codify and deploy the target environment, migrating in stages so your business keeps running throughout.

3

Operate

We monitor, patch, tune costs and stay on call — or hand over clean documentation if you would rather run it yourself.

Why it matters

The cost of “it works for now”

Unmanaged infrastructure is cheap right up until it is not. The bill creeps upward because nothing is ever turned off. A migration stalls because no one knows how the current setup was built. An outage lasts a day instead of an hour because there is no runbook and no backup anyone has tested.

Doing it properly is not more expensive than doing it twice. We aim to leave you with infrastructure that a new engineer could pick up and understand.

We ship products, not just advice

Two products we build and operate ourselves. Both are built with infrastructure as code, the same way we build for clients — the clearest evidence we can offer that we run what we design.

SpendGuard

Scans an AWS account with read-only access and shows which idle and orphaned resources are costing money — with the command to fix each one.

The iVerify verification work queueHealthcare operations

iVerify

Turns insurance payer coverage calls into structured, reviewable verification records — an AI voice workflow runs the call, and a person approves the result before it counts.

Notes from the work

We write up the problems we run into and how we solved them — Terraform patterns, AWS gotchas, and automation worth stealing.
